My go to local macaron baker was out of town so I ordered a halloween themed box online from this company a week before a class Halloween party that was on 10/27, and I never got a status on my order for the entire next week. I thought it would be ok to not pay for halloween shipping since I needed before then, but I did pay extra to skip the line for priority. On 10/24 I never got any email aside from the order confirmation so I sent an email to customer service asking for a refund. I got an automated response back and a timeline of 24-48 hours to receive an email from customer service. I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE AS OF 12/3. Not even an apology. I also tried contacting them through Facebook messenger like the automated message recommended and that message was sent but never received by this company. I had to last minute bring something else to the potluck. On 10/30, I got an email that my order was being shipped. On 11/1 my ordered arrived. Now I had $107.25 worth of cookies. I still took it to class to share even though the party already passes. I wasn't impressed with the taste. There wasn't a key to know which flavor was which. We couldn't identify all of the flavors either. They didn't taste that fresh either. Since I did end up receiving the product, I cannot get a refund dispute through my bank. I'm just taking this as a lesson learned to never buy from this company and to let others know of their non-existent customer service.
