Hi, Lu! I apologize for our service when you visited. I can't speak for the other vendors, but we don't do DoorDash orders first, we serve in the order received. If we had a lot of online orders right before you, that may have been what slowed us down for getting your meal out quickly. I hope you try us again!

Hi L. I apologize for your experience. I did not communicate clearly on the phone that we have had trouble getting our usual vegan cheese that we use both in the sauce and to top the mac. The amount of shredded vegan cheese that was available to put on top would not have covered one so we did not put a few shreds on each one as I felt that would've been worse than none. Yes we call if we are out of cauliflower or fake bacon or what have you, but I didn't understand that the shredded cheese on top was so integral to the experience. I didn't offer a refund as I thought you were bringing a perceived mistake to my attention and I didn't understand that it had ruined the entire meal. I will refund your order. Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry for my initial handling of your call.
