We're glad to hear that you usually enjoy the Philly cheese sandwich and the crispy, well-seasoned fries. We apologize that the fries were a bit undercooked this time, but we're happy to hear that they were still tasty after you crisped them up in the oven. We're also glad to hear that you enjoyed the cheese steak pizza, even if it didn't look quite as appealing as in the older pictures. We're sorry about the mix-up with the Mac and cheese order, but we hope you enjoyed the Mac and cheese bites nonetheless. We'll definitely take your feedback about the wings into consideration.
