The Magic Time Machine is one of those restaurants where you don't come primarily for the food—you come for the fun, quirky atmosphere and unforgettable experience. From the moment you walk in, there's something entertaining happening. The themed décor, costumed characters, and playful interactions create an experience that both kids and adults can enjoy. Our server, Starfire, was absolutely AMAZING. She fully embraced her character, kept us laughing, and made the evening extra special. One thing you definitely shouldn't skip is the kids' special bubble drink. It was a huge hit and added even more fun to the experience. While the food was fine, the real attraction is the atmosphere and entertainment. It's a place that creates memories and gives everyone something to talk about long after dinner is over. Would we return? Probably if we were traveling with friends or family who had never experienced it before. It's the kind of place you want others to experience at least once for themselves. I want to let you know, our server was amazing, and the staff hit it out of the park. Beetlejuice stayed in character the whole time even for my big ask. I am so grateful that the staff that was able to take a picture with my car did. I would like to thank the whole staff from the night of May 29, 2026, and a special thank you to our server Beetlejuice. You made my autistic son's birthday getaway special. It’s ALWAYS a great time at the Magic Time Machine! It’s one of the few places where my kids and I can both completely enjoy the whole experience. And all of the food that I have had there is top-notch. My favorite is the salmon. It is absolutely delicious, with nice bread, rice, vegetables, and salad bar. I have been going there for decades, and it’s so special to share it with my kids. My only critique is the upstairs area being closed on the weekends. I routinely hear other customers asking about it, surprised that it’s closed. I get that it cost money to operate, but the last time we went up there years ago, there were arcade games and all sorts of fun things for the kids—which make money for the venue. It definitely elevated the overall experience and I hope they will bring it back on the weekends.
