Our waiter promised the best breakfast in Croatia, and he was right. Everything is fresh and delicious, made from locally sourced ingredients as much as possible. The eggs come from their own free range chickens, making the most delicious omelet! Highly recommend for food and service. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp from street and all one level. I recently visited Maha Bar with my family and left extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The service we received was far below expectations, and it is with regret that I write this review. Upon arriving at the establishment after a long day on the island, we were all quite thirsty. Additionally, the children were hungry, while my spouse and I were looking forward to enjoying some refreshing beverages. After searching for a table, we finally found one that was unoccupied. However, our initial excitement quickly turned sour when my son attempted to sit on a chair that had not been properly cleaned from the previous customer. To ensure cleanliness, I decided to switch the chair with one from a neighboring table. Little did we know that this simple action would trigger an unnecessary and distressing encounter. Suddenly, a member of the staff, stormed towards our table, aggressively berating us as if we were at home and rearranging furniture. She created a scene, emphatically reminding us that we were not in our own home. The incident not only startled us but also deeply disturbed our children. Throughout my 43 years, I have never encountered such a loud and disruptive server. Despite this unpleasant encounter, we opted to stay as the children were eager to have smoothies. Regrettably, our ordeal was not over. The same lady returned, shouting at us, inquiring whether we only wanted drinks or if we also intended to order food. We politely explained that we had not yet received menus and would decide accordingly. Ignoring our response, she shouted again, demanding an immediate answer. This level of unprofessionalism was simply unacceptable. At this point, we could no longer tolerate the disrespectful treatment we received. While I understand that Maha Bar may be a popular dining spot on Korcula Island, it is important to note that popularity does not justify such behavior towards customers. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues highlighted. It is crucial to create an environment where customers feel welcomed and valued. As a paying customer, I expected a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, it was marred by the unprofessional conduct of your staff. In the future, I hope to see improvements in the service quality and customer interactions at Maha Bar Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
