In this particular case, the Uber Eats driver was picking up multiple orders, which can sometimes create the impression that an order is waiting longer than it actually is. Once a driver accepts several pickups, the timing of each stop is unfortunately outside of our control. That said, we know speed matters, whether you're dining in or ordering delivery. We continuously work to improve our kitchen flow and delivery process to get every order out as quickly and fresh as possible.
