What a cool restaurant, this felt like a full experience, with a personal touch that made it feel almost VIP. Whilst delivering this inside a mall. A very cool mall though. I went for the omakase-style sushi from the fixed set menu and started with charred edamame in truffle oil. These arrived a little late (after 3 of the 5 sushi pieces), but honestly, they were worth the wait, perfectly charred with a slight crisp and packed with flavour. The sushi itself was excellent, with noticeably generous portions of fish compared to other omakase spots I’ve tried. Everything was prepared right in front of me, which really adds to the experience. It came with the usual accompaniments. wasabi, pickled ginger, and a nice spicy sauce. There was also a miso soup included although slightly on the smaller side, but still a nice addition. The restaurant is compact but well laid out, with bar seating so you can watch the chef at work. It has a modern, slightly exclusive vibe that makes the whole experience feel that bit more special. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿1,000–1,200 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
