If I'm correct, there were four of you with us yesterday and unfortunately there was a misunderstanding when ordering. We brought two wrong rolls that you didn't order. After you brought this to our attention, I asked my colleague to take the rolls back so that we could exchange them for the correct ones. However, one of the men at the table contradicted this and said he would like to eat the roll. So my colleague left it to you and communicated that that of course means that it will remain on the bill. You had your correct order after a few minutes and we didn't charge for the second, smaller roll either. For me the situation was clear and we solved it well. I'm very sorry that it apparently wasn't so clear to you and that you were so annoyed afterwards. In such cases, we would like you to talk to us on site so that we can prevent something like this from happening instead of receiving such a rating that is only negative for everyone involved!
