Amazing, friendly, super helpful and kind, top level service! We were kindly advised that service was finishing in 5 mins so it was nice to be asked and then accommodated as if we were the first customers. Still the food was freshly made and delicious. Cannot praise highly enough! Will recommend to friends and return! Diolch! Hwyl! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £10–20

We had a wonderful stay at The Maltsters Arms Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, even taking the time to show us our room and share tips on getting into the city centre. To our surprise, we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco on ice in our room, as the team had noted that our Cardiff trip was for a special occasion - such a thoughtful touch! The room was spotless, stylish, and cosy, complete with a freestanding bathtub that made the experience feel extra special. In the morning, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast, and each member of staff were warm and chatty. The hotel and pub have such a cosy, welcoming vibe, and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys :)
