There are some options that can be made vegan on request. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Recommend the vegetarian laska without egg. The important thing to know is this place is saucy and you might need to request a fork. In my case I prefer chop sticks. The bottomline is people who like this spot will find it of premium quality. Mama Chow is one of our most favorite places to go eat in the area. I absolutely love the kind people that work there, the service is top notch. The place itself is small, and right off the main road, so easy to get to. But the star is of course the food! We have tried spicy garlic cucumbers, KFC Bao, Crispy Vietnamese Rolls (!!!), Hot oil dumplings, and my favorite dish there - Laksa - chicken, roasted pork, bean sprout, shoyu egg, tofu puff, crispy bean curd in a coconut curry based broth! Mouth watering just writing about it. I can't wait to go back!
