Such a great spot for authentic Malaysian food! Everything we ordered was packed with flavor and tasted freshly made. The Mama Made Roti was perfectly crispy on the outside, flaky and buttery inside, and paired so well with the curry. The nasi lemak with crispy fried chicken was delicious, the fish curry had just the right amount of spice, and the chicken was tender and full of flavor. Highly recommend going in a group so you can try a variety of dishes. The Milo drink was too sweet for us, but I guess that's how it's supposed to be. Casual, comfortable atmosphere with friendly service and very reasonable prices. Definitely a place we'll be coming back to whenever we're craving Malaysian food. Mama Made Roti is one of the very decent Thai halal restaurants in center of Bangkok. The manu list has such a wide range of food from Thai northern to north-eastern to southern and Thai Muslim food. A must try mamu is Thai Muslim food. Chicken mataba which is a roti stuffed with stir-fried minced chicken with spice & onion serving along with ajaat (cucumber relish). Chicken Kolae which is grilled chicken with coconut milk flavoured. It is tender, sweet leading taste, and has a nice aroma. Chicken Massaman is exceptionally good. Right amount of spice and thick sauce with few pieces of potato serving along with option of rice or roti. Chicken satay is delicious and is perfect for appetizer & sharing which comes with sweet peanut sauce and a piece of toast. Some other appertizers for small bites like ham cheese fried spring rolls and fried shrimp ball are good too. Khao Soi, the Thai northern curry noodle, is nicely cooked. It has a mild curry flavoured soup coming with both soft and cripsy egged noodle in the same bowl. Tom Yom fried rice with chicken is surprisedly good. There is fried egg on top. The portion is a bit small for big eater. It is good rearaurant with authentic taste. Price is in the mid-high range comparing to the food portion. Yet, it is very worth visit.
