Expensive and tasteless food, but extremely salty (at least my Rigatone Bolognese and my Burrata Salad). Very deplorable service. We asked for things and they didn't arrive or we had to ask for them 3 times. I also asked to be "given a glass of water" and they brought me a mini bottle, without consulting me first. We ordered a main course and a pasta to share between 2 people and the waiters were very insistent on offering starters (one of those times when you feel that they feel that you are asking for too little and they pressure you). Overall I didn't have a good experience. The prices are expensive and it's nothing special. Better go to other nearby restaurants. Mediocre taste and service. The food is delicious in a very pleasant atmosphere. It is always full so reservations are recommended. We tried the apple roll and some synchronized rancheras and they were delicious. APPALLING. Today I went to have breakfast with my partner at Mandolina Polanco. The waiters forgot about our order, an hour had passed, we asked about it and decided to cancel it, they said that they were finishing preparing it and that they would bring it in a minute, all the waiters left there (we were outside) and 12 minutes later They brought the food (I counted the minutes), people who arrived after us didn't have to wait because they all got their food on time. I don't understand what happened and why such terrible service. It is assumed that if you go to the restaurant it is to enjoy and not be checking if our food arrived on time or not, plus we have a job and we can't stay until they decide to prepare our food.
