Hi Jasmine, we’re sorry for the confusion and frustration regarding your order. We would never intentionally charge a customer twice, and we take concerns like this seriously. From what we can tell, there may have been a misunderstanding or an accidental duplicate charge during checkout, especially during busy service periods. A single Mango Boba should not total $30 by itself. Please reach out to us directly with the date, approximate time, and a copy of the receipt or bank screenshot so we can review the transaction and make things right if an error occurred.
