Solid brunch option though post-11am menu has a wider variety of dishes to choose from. I went with 3 friends and it’s sort of a casual cafe / bistro style. 2 of us got the breakfast sandos which were standard yet delicious handhelds (if you order the egg over hard; I opted for the deliciousness of a soft cooked egg but recommend a knife and fork if you wanna keep things dignified and clean). Our other friends got the avo toast with eggs added and felt they were very medium (which IMO is a very medium dish to order anyway, but take that for what it’s worth). Service was attentive, prompt and friendly. I felt their Caesar was well crafted and full-flavoured — great accompaniment to the sammie. I understand the fresh squeezed OJ was a sunshiny treat. Accessible by ttc, bikeshare and parking isn’t too nuts on the streets off Yonge if you drive. Unrelated note: more of the cutie shops on either side of Manita are closed than open on Sundays so would recommend a Saturday brunch if you’re seeking a walk and shop post-nosh; Sunday felt like a slower paced visit which was nice too. We had lovely time on a Saturday afternoon with great weather in the patio. Staff were very friendly, attentive, and willing to explain, and recommend. Food was very good and so were the drinks Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Salads, Fish, Mediterranean plate

A BIG thank you to Manita Rosedale for honouring our reservation (we made a mistake and went to the Rosedale location instead of Ossington). Forgot to get the name of the gentleman who took care of our mix up. A big thank you to Christian for taking care of us for the early evening dinner. The food - absolutely delicious! The drinks - tasty! Fries, Roasted Mushroom and Shrimp a la Plancha to start. Chicken Brochettes, Rainbow Trout and Mediterranean Plate as the mains. Chenin Blanc, Paper Airplane and Old Fashioned were the drinks. Highly recommend and will come back & also visit the Ossington location! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
