We went to this location in Spring Branch on FM 46. I totally agree with the review made by Woolvertonbbq. We were there on Saturday 7/18/26 around 12noon. The female employee had such a bad attitude. Was rude when spoken to, rolled her eyes and basically threw the box of cookies on the counter for a customer. The box was not even fully closed. All of this while rolling her eyes and talking smack underneath her breath. This young female employee needs to go through customer service training, and read self awareness and emotional intelligence books. To the owner, address this issue asap as this employee will continue hurting your business and bottom line.

Love the ice cream varieties , the staff is super friendly. There are a few chairs and tables inside to sit down and enjoy your ice cream but it gets packed quick. I love that they have cookie cakes and cookies available.. my kids love going there

I don’t think they replenish or check the quality of the toppings got a rock Road and some of the marshmallows were seemingly hard so they just put new ones on top of the old ones, for the amount you pay for ice cream you would think you’re eating gourmet but you’re not disappointed of the quality of the ingredients
