I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an experience I had with your restaurant and specifically with the manager, Liz. My 19-year-old son thoughtfully ordered a white cheesy pizza online for his 94-year-old grandfather, who absolutely loves your pizza. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect, and the pizza we received was not as portrayed in the online photo and was missing key ingredients, leaving my father-in-law very disappointed. I called hoping to simply rectify the situation by asking if another pizza could be made for us to pick up. Before I could even fully explain or request a replacement, Liz was condescending, argumentative, accusatory, and extremely unprofessional. Rather than showing empathy or trying to resolve the issue, she escalated what should have been a simple customer service recovery. What was most upsetting was not just the incorrect order, but the way I was treated. Liz displayed a serious lack of professionalism and people skills and did not represent the level of service one would expect from Marco’s Pizza. I strongly believe Liz needs additional customer service training and re-education in professional communication. Her behavior was unacceptable and has caused us to seriously reconsider ever returning to your establishment. My father-in-law has enjoyed your pizza for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope management takes this concern seriously and addresses both the service issue and the handling of customer concerns moving forward. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

30 dollars for a small pizza and a sub half a sub the delivery driver woke up my neighbors because he's halfway down the road I specifically added my address as well as the color car and driveway but yet he was down the road yelling at me for delivery. Call the store and got blown off because it's a franchise and she can't give up the number to the owner because they don't want to be bothered. Crappy service crappy food don't order from these people Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered for the first time, and let me tell you that the pizza was delicious, cooked to a perfect point, but for my children who love Chicken wings, ok. The wings were not black inside, they were cooked well, they tasted very good, and the sauce on the wings, that is a Bomb of flavor, very delicious.. now we have a favorite place Marco's pizza. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
