Hi there, Thanks for the feedback. I just wanted to reassure you that the steak served was exactly the same weight as what has been advertised previously. Based on feedback from prior weeks, we recently adjusted the slicing and plating style slightly to help keep the steak hotter when it reaches the table. Because of the different presentation, it can sometimes appear a little smaller compared to previous photos or videos on Instagram, even though the portion size itself has remained the same. I really appreciate you taking the time to let us know, and we’ll definitely keep the presentation consistency in mind moving forward. Regards Chase Weber  Owner
