This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location, and unfortunately the quality has been terrible both times. The pizza dough was wet and soggy, and the cheese literally slid and crumbled right off the slices. The wings are often undercooked and barely sauced!! What’s frustrating is that the Greece location is amazing. I actually go out of my way to order from that store because the pizza and wings are consistently good there. The difference in quality between the two locations is night and day. Management really needs to address what’s going on here. The food feels rushed and poorly prepared, and customers are paying too much money to receive food that isn’t cooked properly. Hire and train staff who take pride in what they’re serving, because right now it seems like nobody cares about the final product. Price per person: $40–50

Great place for a quick lunch, very reasonable combos, and quick service from some very customer friendly staff, very rare these days. Also the best place for a true Rochester Pie and chicken wings for a family night. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section
