This place has been my savior a few times and I keep going back to it. Never been in the place but I’ve ordered delivery plenty. Their plates are quite good, their chili is very nice, the turkey club gets the job done well, and they have a sirloin steak on the menu that absolutely scratches my steak itch. I could spend the rest of my life eating the steak and chili from here, and it’s the first place I’ll go for a cheeseburger plate or a club sandwich. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've been ordering from marks for years, today I've experienced the worst customer service I've ever had from marks in all my years of ordering from them. For the past 19yrs I've been under the impression and told by multiple marks servers that they sell beef zwigle hot dogs. Tonight I called to order 2 plates with beef hotdogs as my husband and I DO NOT EAT PORK!!! the lady on the phone says all our hotdogs have pork, I said ive been ordering from here for years and was always told they have all beef hot dogs. I then hear her ask a guy if the red hot dogs have pork, he replies with all hot dogs have pork, I then say not all hotdogs have pork that's not true, he then says well then its not a hotdog......AT THIS POINT I AM COMPLETLY DONE WITH THIS CONVERSATION. MARKS HAS COMPLETELY GONE DOWN HILL. DONT GO HERE THEY LIE ABOUT THEY'RE FOOD. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was harassed at Mark's Texas Hots by another patron, for no reason. My boy friend stuck up for me. My boy friend frequents Mark's and has been a loyal customer. The owner threw us out, instead of the person who was harassing me. That is just bad business. I will never eat there again. It isn't like the food is any good anyways.
