My experience at Massarja was flawless and perhaps a very pleasant one; besides the fact that the food was impeccable, the staff very kind, we got all the necessary explanations about each dish (the restaurant has the specificity of the Puglia region), the staff did their best to serve us as quickly as possible even though we arrived at a peak hour. .. and what's more, when I left I left my backpack and the staff stayed waiting to return it to me until 17:00, although all restaurants in Italy close at 14:30 and reopen at 19:00. I returned to Massarija after a couple of years and it was totally renovated. The place is very well looked after, in terms of aesthetics it is very beautiful, welcoming, very youthful, I liked it. As for the dishes, on the menu the tasting of 4 panzerotti costs 12 euros, for me who didn't know what to choose it was the best solution, they were crazy, the one with the octopus was very tender, the one with the pesto leaves you speechless , the classic is always the bomb, I couldn't eat the one with aubergines because I was full, but I imagine that was crazy too.
