Absolutely unacceptable. The katsudon chicken was raw—this is a serious food safety issue. Very disappointed and won’t be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40

Three strikes 1. Girl who served me, made me wait 5mins as she was too busy giggling on her phone 2. Had to repeat my order THREE (3) times. I asked her for 2 of the crab sushi. First time she gave me only one (and didnt offer the end of day deal). Second time I ordered, she gave me one crab and one mixed. Only after I said 2 crab THREE (3) times did she give the correct one 3. I only had cash. Not once did she tell me throughout my order that it was card only (and no sign displayed). Her reason: "Cash machine not working". You cpuld of said that from the start. So that I didnt waste my time ordering. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The owner/manager here is lovely. Once a week she makes my roll fresh if I ask for specific ingredients. Highly recommend for consistent quality and really good prices. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
