Placed an order through GH the order sent through GH went through incorrectly, as the receipt from the restaurant showed a different item than what I’d ordered. I called the restaurant to inform them of the error( not on their end) but do that they could look into the issue to prevent other customers from experiencing the same issue. The lady did not believe me so I went to the restaurant to try and explain better what the issue was. I showed her my order from GH shows the item I ordered but the receipt they received from GH had the wrong information. She became very combative and threatened to call the police. I was not looking good a replacement, not a refund (GH) have me a refund. Poor customer service will ruin a business quickly. As a business owner i speak from experience. Do better when a customer is only trying to help you serve us better! My money is valuable and I will NOT spend it where I’m not RESPECTED!!! She was very racist and disrespectful. Meal type: Other

Visiting my daughter and she had the car when my belly got hungry so my options felt limiteduntil I tasted my food; now, it’s tomorrow, and I am about to order from here again. It was so good. I got the quesadilla with double carne asada. It was huge! It came with a side of sour cream, (good) guacamole and some pico; my daughter and I got four meals from it. I’m kinda old and old school so I just called them to place my order; the girl who answered was super sweet and when I showed up to grab my food, she was even nicer. Calling in my order now Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
