Arrived 12 minutes before closing and they were no longer serving food but website stated that they were still open. Order type: Takeaway

I usually love going to this place, but the past three times I’ve gone there have been a disaster. 1. They gave barely a serving of chicken, I literally counted like 3/4 pieces, and then charged 1 full dollar extra for 1 piece of added chicken when I asked for a bit more 2. When I tried to order the three choices combo last week, NOT the daily special, they gave me the daily special anyway and charged extra for what was supposed to be my third entree in the three choices combo. 3. When I tried to order today, I said very clearly that I would like the three choices combo and held up three fingers in front of them, and they STILL tried to give me an extra portion of something that I didn’t ask for, and charged me extra. I don’t know what’s going on, I used to go to this place all the time but these last few experiences have left such a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be back.

I am a big fan of Master Wok KOP, and this one in Liberty Place used to be ok but I would never go back there. 1. They only served variations of chicken. I love chicken but wth?! 2. The chicken and broccoli has absolutely no flavor as well as the lo mein. Highly disappointed. Never again. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
