5 Stars all the way. No wait time. Seated immediately. William our waiter placed our order for two. Our meal was ready in a timely manner. We were both happy with our tasty meals. My family and I came to matchbox to eat after graduation and the staff were so friendly and attentive! The owner came to personally congratulate me and made sure we were having a good experience. They’re also really accommodating by having halal meat options which we were so happy about. Our server was also so kind! Yummy food too Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Was staying at the Hyatt and this place looked like a nice spot for a light dinner close to the hotel. Big mistake. It took a while to finally place our order, partially delayed by the fact that one of the entrees we selected wasn't available. Once we placed our relatively simple order of 2 personal pizzas and a salad, it took an atrocious amount of time, especially for a restaurant that was half empty. Then, when it finally arrived the pizzas were barely warm and the salad was missing key ingredients. After pointing this out to the waitress she credited those missing items back but our overall impression of this place is it's disorganized and not worth it with plenty of other restaurants in walking distance. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We apologize for the slow service, the unavailable entrée, and for serving pizzas that were barely warm and a salad missing key ingredients. We are addressing these issues with our front of house and kitchen teams to improve order communication and food timing. Our manager would like to make this right; please call the restaurant and ask for the manager so we can arrange a refund or replacement.
