Food was delicious. There was a glitch with our order. So, it took somewhere around an hour and a half to get our food. But, the staff made an effort to correct their mistakes. In spite of the wait we had a great meal. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered the catfish po boy, and it was just OK. Really nothing stood out as good or bad about it. Coleslaw was bland and overly sweet. I also got the hushpuppies which were too sweet for me, but they had a nice texture. Sauces were not great. The ambiance at the truck pod was really great, though. I'd come to this pod again but I wouldn't order here.

Perhaps they were having a bad day at Maw Maw's Cajun Kitchen when I visited. I ordered the Big Easy Combo, which consists of Jambalaya, Red Beans and Rice, Gumbo and Hush Puppies. The Jambalaya was an inedible, gelatinous mass, incorrectly flavored. I set it aside after the first bite. The Red Beans and Rice had good flavor, but way too much rice. The Gumbo was the closest thing to good, but under spiced. The Hush Puppies were OK and were at least correctly cooked. The server (who was also the chef) was quite nice, albeit slow at both jobs. They really should have had real Tabasco sauce instead of a cheaper, inferior knockoff. After this poor performance, I had to come home and have a snack. I won't be back.
