I recently dined at Max's Restaurant with my family, and unfortunately, the service we experienced was very disappointing. We were a group of seven, and despite it being noticeable that we lacked plates, no staff member made any effort to assist or provide additional tableware unless prompted. The servers appeared disengaged, spending time conversing among themselves rather than attending to customers. While I understand that larger groups may require more attention, it was disheartening to feel overlooked as our table did not receive the same level of service. Additionally, we were not served water, and some of our side dishes and dips were forgotten entirely. These are basic aspects of service that significantly affect the overall dining experience. I hope the management can address these concerns and improve the attentiveness and professionalism of their staff moving forward. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
