This place has gone down, the food is not as good, they gave me 2 pieces of lettuce with my meal and had me pay for an entire plate and nor the server or the girl at the front cared that we weren't happy. I use to come here every week.This will be my last time here sad to say. You need more caring people working here,customers first. Went again to give it another try last night 4/ 16/24 and it was not good. No flavor to food. Guacamole was suppose to be fresh but it was cold almost frozen like. The service was terrible. In this review, we explore our dining experience, delving into the decor, service, and most importantly, the food. Ambiance: Upon stepping into Maya Restaurant, one is greeted by a charming atmosphere, adorned with cute Mexican decor that adds to the cozy vibe. Despite the bustling crowd, we were seated promptly, a testament to the efficiency of the staff in managing reservations and walk-ins. Service: Our dining experience encountered a hiccup in communication, as our server struggled with English, making it challenging to convey our dietary preferences for vegetarian dishes. However, despite this initial hurdle, the staff displayed patience and accommodated our requests, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. Food Quality and Variety: Our culinary journey at Maya Restaurant commenced with a selection of dishes including Nachos, Enchiladas, and Taco Salad, among others. Unfortunately, the food failed to leave a lasting impression, with each dish falling short of expectations. The Nachos, a staple of Mexican cuisine, left us puzzled with the unexpected addition of cauliflower and carrots. Upon requesting a replacement sans these ingredients, the staff obliged without hesitation, showcasing commendable customer service.
