If you fancy a meal and don't fancy cooking I would strongly recommend this place so get down and give it a try

Paid our first visit to Maya. We were shown to our table by the waiter who was dressed in the Indian dress and hat, we both commented on how nice and what a refreshing change to see the waiters in the native dress. The restaurant is very spacious and beautifully decorated. My only comment would be it needs more colours in the restaurant to make it a little softer. We ordered the house white and house red wine and were very pleased, good choices. We were served papaodoms with three different dips which was very nice in colour and very tasty. Our starters were Lemongrass scented Goan king prawns with cheese & the Mustard and turmeric scented salmon fish cake. Main course was Chicken coated with sumac chilli, slow cooked in honey chilli sauce, Goan chicken vindaloo with perfume kashmiri chilli, our side dishes were Lemon and cashew nut Rice & Mint scented keema nan. After we have our starters which were full of flavour and tasted beautiful, then we were served a Mango and Raspberry sorbet between courses. When we were served our main courses, we were very happy because they looked and tasted just like we have had before in Goa. We passed our positive comments to front of house and chef. The sweet menu is no Indian sweet menu I have seen before, so many beautiful desserts, we decided to order the Chocolate Box & Movenpick Vanilla Ice cream, when we was served the dessert, we was sent apologies because they did not have any dry ice to finish the presentation of the dessert, we just had a little giggle and said well we will have to return. We can highly recommend Maya, was very impressed. Maya’s style of dining is fine Indian dining and is a breath of fresh air. You have got to give Maya a go
