A McDonald's location that consistently gets everything right! This McDonald's in Austin is one of the best run fast food locations I have ever visited. The food is always fresh hot and prepared exactly as ordered and the service is impressively fast and accurate even during the busiest peak hours. The drive-thru moves at a remarkable pace and the staff is consistently friendly and efficient making every visit quick and genuinely pleasant. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained throughout the day which is always a great sign of a well managed location. Whether you are grabbing a quick breakfast coffee or a classic meal McDonald's in Austin delivers a reliably satisfying experience every single time and this particular location stands out as one of the very best! This is the closest to our house, so convenient, but today is our last time coming here. Its gotten worse over the last few months. Our order is rarely right. It takes forever to get your order corrected and nobody monitors the front counter. Every single table was dirty at 3pm in the afternoon and I had to ask twice to get a table cleaned. I went through the McDonald's drive-thru yesterday and had a mixed experience. The food was good. However, the customer service really let the place down. It seemed like the entire staff was made up of teenagers who were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping customers. They were rude, inattentive (even through the speaker, and created a really unwelcoming atmosphere. It made the whole experience unpleasant. If you value friendly and efficient service, you might want to go somewhere else. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
