Im giving 5 stars because of one amazing young lady at the Drive up had the cutest name began with a P. My dog went crazy AT FIRST BUT SHE HAD HIM TALKING TOO HER IN HIS OWN WAY I for sure heard HELLO. It was so cool. She is the best. This rating is for the McDonald's within Pilot. Ordered fries and a couple of burgers with no cheese. We were waiting for quite a while, and watching several people come in after us and getting their food and leaving. Manager finally noticed us and asked what we were waiting for. Told him our order number, so he rushed in the back and came out with a sack and said someone had dropped our ticket, which was why it took so long. Got in the car to drive to our hotel, and discovered french fries were cold, and the two cheeseburgers with a "no cheese" slip attached to the wrappers? Well, upon opening guess what was on the burgers?! Tried to just peel the cheese off, but it was stuck on the burger. If we hadn't been so tired from driving six hours and it wasn't so late, I would have gone back and had them replace them. Instead, we ate some of the cold fries and pitched the burgers and the rest of the cold fries. What a waste of money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
