It’s a dirty Dr Pepper for a reason . Both times I been through this drive through they barely add any cold foam!! Train your staff better pls. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Placed mobile app order at 6:17pm, at 6:23pm I received a message that my order was ready at counter. I’m talking with other customers and hearing they have been waiting 30+ minutes for their food. Manager is telling everyone that they are waiting for fries to be done, meanwhile she is running multiple orders out the side door for drive thru customers with fries in food bags. Sure enough, it’s 6:54pm and food comes up to counter. Start eating and the food is cold. Won’t be coming back here. This place is a joke. I could have sat down at a restaurant and had a meal in the time I waited for McDonald’s food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had to wait in the drive thru for almost half an hour, just to have to turn around and go inside because half our meal wasn't in the bag, after going inside to get the missing items I had to wait another 15 minutes, just for some nuggets and fries. There were 3 other people in line with me that also had missing items. This McDonald's had always been super slow, but it seems like it's only gotten worse, definitely will not be returning. You would be able to go to the ludington McDonald's, get your food, eat it, and be home by the time you move an inch at the McDonald's drive thru in hart. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
