Завтрак ждали 10 мин: персонала мало или все с утра спят , 2 кассы только одна из них работает !!!! Короче , хуже Макдоналдса я в Европе не встречала ((( к сожалению ((((

No problem under normal circumstances. My last visit was a disaster. I always order food in advance when I leave home. I have it for 5 minutes so when I arrive the food is either ready or I wait a few minutes if full. I arrived at the restaurant on Saturday and our orders were third in line. So we ordered coffee in a cafe, they prepared it for us, I took it to the car and waited. At that time, it was already our turn, but the order was still not ready and instead they issued orders after us. After a few minutes, I went to ask if they had forgotten us by chance, because the orders were received by people who came to the restaurant long after us. Moreover, we were not the only ones who had a problem with the order (one customer left with one sandwich when he ordered two). Half an hour after ordering, I had the manager call me to cancel my order and refund my money, as I was already late for the meeting (I remind you that the pre-order is usually ready when I arrive at the restaurant). Overall, it was obvious that the staff had no idea what was going on, because at first the shift manager Oleg couldn't even find if my order was coming (probably because they really forgot about it). When he found her, he tried to convince me that I was actually only waiting 15 minutes according to the receipt's time. This was again a mistake that I informed him about and is probably the time they printed the bill, not when I placed the order. The refund process took another ten minutes, during which they were able to miraculously prepare my food and during which the manager called me names if I behaved like this in their restaurants. At the same time, I treated him politely the whole time and only demanded money back for the long wait. I refused food at this point on principle, because if I didn't answer, I would probably wait until the closing time and leave hungry. In the process of getting my money back, I managed to order food from the KFC across the road which was ready by the time we got there. I was very disappointed by this situation, as I go to this McDonald's quite often and we have never had such a problem. I hope that both the food preparation and delivery system and the management's approach to customer complaints will improve rapidly.
