This place never gets the order correct! I was missing half my order today, so drove back to pick up the rest, only to be met by half a dozen kids looking around aimlessly trying to work out what to do. No apology, and the manager told me someone else did actually put in the whole order but "here's some more any way", accusing me of eating the invisible nuggets they "put in". You don't need to be super cheery, but some basic level of customer service would be appreciated, especially from the managers. Maybe the orders would be more accurate if there were less staff on to just bump into and banter with. This place is located conveniently, however consistently being incapable of getting an order correct is more inconvenient than driving further. RUDENESS, DIRTY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and a dose of arrogance!! HAVE NOT BEEN TO THE GOLDEN ARCHES FOR OVER 10 YEARS . . . And I will not be coming back ever again!! My wife had the fancies for a cheese burger as we drank our coffee - ‘I’ll get you one ‘ - I walked to the counter , which was filthy and stood expecting someone might ask what I would like to order - I was ignored by two staff three times each - when I asked ‘where do I order please?’ - a grumpy young fellow said - ‘Line up there!’ He pointed at a dirty counter with payment machines - I said ‘I have been waiting 10 minutes, no one suggested where the order area was, or that there was one!’ - No answer was the reply! A young girl, passed by - not looking at me, no customer recognition at all. I ventured : ‘The customer service is non-existent here!’ She replied that she was. By herself and could not help me out! This TT Plaza McDonalds is horrific - by the way the cheese burger has considerably reduced in size from 10 years ago - so, how can I summarise? NEVER EVER AGAIN - this company is a disgrace . . . It operates on RUDENESS, DIRTINESS, and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and with a dose of staff arrogance!! Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–20 Food: 1

I just had the worst fast food experience of my life. I went through the drive through at this modbury store and ordered 2 McSmart meals drove to the first window to pay and there was no interaction the lady we had to deal with was nothing but rude she was taking other drive through orders at the same time when she took the $20 note from my partners hand and then once we receive our change (supposed to be $6.10) we drove to the second window and when we got to the second window my partner noticed that the currency wasn’t Australian so we nicely asked for them to give us the current money in the Australian currency and they laughed at myself and my partner because going to the lady at the first window to ask her about it and when the other lady came back she said that the lady in the first window is saying that she didn’t and she started sitting there and calling myself and my partner liars and she sat there and refused to give me the correct money in Australian currency The customer service at this restaurant is disgusting they should be ashamed of themself I wouldn’t recommend this modbury store to anyone if you can go to another store I will take this further due to how disrespectful they were to myself and my partner but also because of the fact they gave me change I can’t even use in this country like cost of living isn’t enough now I’m losing money this whole situations is just disgraceful Just writing this review mainly to warm everyone that uses money to be careful if your going to this restaurant. Food: 1
