Outstanding Service from Shahid at McDonald's in Wixom! I wanted to take a moment to recognize Shahid at the McDonald's on Grand River Avenue in Wixom. He is truly one of the hardest-working and most professional employees I've encountered. No matter how busy the restaurant or drive-thru gets, Shahid always remains calm, polite, and incredibly courteous. Even during the busiest rushes, he keeps a positive attitude and ensures that customers receive their orders promptly, accurately, and fresh. His ability to stay composed under pressure while maintaining exceptional customer service is genuinely impressive. What stands out the most is that he always has a warm smile on his face and treats every customer with kindness and respect. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to make each person's experience a pleasant one. Employees like Shahid are the reason customers keep coming back. His dedication, professionalism, and outstanding attitude deserve to be recognized and celebrated. Namaste, Shahid. Thank you for all that you do. And if a manager happens to be reading this: please give this man ( Shahid ) a raise—he has absolutely earned it! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

There was a lady in the dining room that is self serve who made sure everybody got what they needed. She was so kind of my kid who’s on the spectrum! We were in between soccer games. I needed a place to use the restroom after a target haul so this became lunch for the day. I typically don’t leave reviews for fast food restaurants. Everybody knows what they are, but the service this lady provided made it worth the time to take a minute and say this location is pretty great bathrooms clean, service is great, got what I ordered! And did not have to wait long. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Can’t get orders right. Got my breakfast order incorrect. Ended up charging me 50% more to add the missing items outside of a meal deal. Tried to explain to the manager what they were doing was now overcharging me, but you can’t argue with stupid. Ended up just paying the extra because they were too dumb to understand. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
