My first experience was a good one! We all know the over all quality of a McDonald's burger and fries, so I'm giving it 5 stars because it was tasty! As for service, I had an issue getting my rewards to work on the self ordering screen, and I had asked the young man at the register for assistance, he was unsure of what to do, so he went and got the manager. The manager was able to get things working for me, and I was very thankful for that as it had been an issue at other locations. The wait was no longer than any other establishment... when my food was delightfully handed to me, I realized they had given me the wrong flavor of shake... the cashier was polite and apologetic, and fixed the issue right away. As far as the atmosphere, it was upbeat. Yes, there are new workers in training... so my recommendation is patience and understanding. I'm grateful to have this restaurant so close to my house.
