Today was unfortunately my last visit to McDonald’s, and the experience was truly awful & this isn’t the first time I experience this in McDonald’s. I can understand that service might sometimes be affected during crowded hours, but what I cannot accept is the poor quality and unpleasant smell of the food. I ordered a double cheeseburger, and the first one I received looked as if it had been prepared long ago. When I requested a fresh replacement, I did receive another one, but to my disappointment, the smell was unbearable and the quality was even worse. It was so unappetizing that I couldn’t take any bite. At that point, I simply left everything on the table and walked out of the restaurant, frustrated and disappointed. For a brand that is supposed to maintain consistent standards worldwide, this was a completely unacceptable experience. This visit has left such a negative impression on me that I’ve decided never to return to any McDonald’s branch again. Food quality and hygiene are the most basic expectations, and if those cannot be met, then there is no reason to risk coming back. A truly awful experience that has completely changed my opinion of this chain. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
