I am very disappointed with the service at this McDonald's branch. While customers are expected to receive fast and efficient service, food delivery drivers are not treated with the same level of respect or professionalism. It is very common to wait more than an hour for a single order, which wastes a lot of time and affects our work. The staff's behavior is often unfriendly and uncooperative, and the overall workflow inside the restaurant is extremely slow. There seems to be a lack of organization and consideration for delivery partners who play an important role in serving customers. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, improves staff behavior, and speeds up order preparation so that both customers and delivery drivers can have a better experience. Needs significant improvement. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
