Had the WORST customer service from the apparently the "shift manager" Susan or Debbie which ever name she wants to go by, that's the first mistake your staff (Sophie!) made one is by lying and even more is disrespecting and laughing at your customer. if that's what you call customer service you need to get another job. I asked for steam buns every time I go to McDs and its not like the first so I know the difference from a steamed bun or not, and when I went back to ask for my buns steamed, "Susan's reply was "it is steamed!!" She then goes I'll just refund your money with a pissed off face but I didn't ask for a fucking refund all I wanted was a simply thing fucking steamed buns..got me a new burger which was still NOT steamed! So thanks for putting me in a foul mood on Christmas Day and stale fucking buns which I didn't end up eating "Susan"! I don't normally complain either but I couldn't let this one go it was that bad and I felt so disrespected and the staffs made me feel like I was stupid or something.
