I take out from this specific McDonald's multiple times a week, the food is always really amazing. Well seasoned and hot for the majority of the time we get it. The real issue though is the night staff. About 99% of the time they mess up an order, and pretty significantly too. Forget items, give us the wrong size drinks, not mix mcfluries, put things on the burgers we did not ask for and vise versa forget things we do ask for. I have been patient because I thought maybe over time it would get better but I got to my breaking point tonight when I took a bite out of my cheeseburger, just a normal one patty, cheese burger I didn't even take anything off of it and to my surprise there was absolutely no cheese on either of my two cheeseburgers. When it gets to the point we can't make a single order correctly on an item that's ordered probably hundreds of times everyday it make me believe there is a sever issue. To be clear the manager himself is a very nice and caring man, but his employees expecially the night staff have absolutely no respect for their establishment and their customers. We spend upwards to $40-$50 every single time we come here, it is seriously one of our favorite places to eat but I would rather take the 10 minute drive and visit the McDonald's next to the mall because at least there I know my order will be okay. Please advise your staff on how to CORRECTLY fill the orders, it's like.... Their entire job you know Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Make sure you double-check your order before you drive away! We ordered 2 of the 6 piece chicken nuggets, with sweet and sour sauce, and an M&M McFlurry. Only the chicken nuggets were in the bag - no napkins or sauces, and they had forgotten the ice cream. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The service is always slow for dine-in during morning and lunch, which doesn’t give me high hopes for dinner. I've had wrong orders given to me. Waited 20-30 minutes for a sausage biscuit. I've waited the same amount of time in the lobby for a simple coffee. There are never receipts, so I can fill out the surveys. Go to a different McDonald's. They even charged me for someone else's order through the drive-through. It wouldn't be so bad if it were a mistake here or there but it is EVERY TIME and not just me. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
