The old Asian lady has weird attitude and doesn’t try to understand customers at all she got my order wrong and gave me a coffee instead of my matcha Every time I go to the drive thru and I see her I know it’s not gonna be a great experience She doesn’t have a nice attitude and will tell you to go around the drive thru again for whatever “inconvenience” (to her at least) which is crazy, considering the fuel prices right now. Complete lack of understanding towards customers everyone else is great but I don’t know who she is? Is she in charge or something? I miss the old people at the drive thru :) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I usually love the matcha at McDonald’s, and I’ve always found it to be pretty consistent across locations. Unfortunately, this particular store made it quite differently — it tasted more like plain milk than matcha. To be fair, the staff member was kind and tried to fix it by adding another pump of the matcha mix, but it still didn’t quite match the flavour I’m used to. Food was as expected, no issues there. The restaurant was noticeably clean, and it was nice to see staff taking the time to maintain it. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

my food was RAW! Just have a look at the photo. I am not one to complain about an order, I’m easy going and understand the stress of a fast food work place. but this it ridiculous. ordered a late night feed after a night out just for it to be inedible and still mooing.
