I had the brisket, burnt ends brisket, fried chicken thighs. Dill pickle, Cajun fries with dip and gravy. All the meats were fantastic. The gravy was not good - bland, no flavour. The fries were very tasty. For dessert- pecan pie, which I recommend. Price is on the higher side. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

For the most part the meat was tasty, juicy, and flavourful, however, I thought the thin long strips of meat was quite dry. I also got the featured cucumber salad with goat cheese, which was subpar. Service was great! Overall, this place offers a great atmosphere and amazing services, as well as a carnivore-themed menu of just MEATS. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Popped in last night for a quick bite before seeing a show. We’ve been up to Edmonton a few times and this had been on our radar so we thought we would try. The service at the bar was fantastic, I had the chamomile tea mocktail and it was great! Good price for a mocktail and the flavours were complex enough I didn’t feel I was just drinking a juice. We shared the feature which was the big pork porter stacker. The onion ring was a little soggy on it so I didn’t get the crunch I expected but my husband liked it. The sandwich itself was great especially with the dill aioli we were recommended. I wasn’t a fan of the fries, that was more preference than anything I felt they weren’t consistently seasoned. Mac and cheese was nice, but I have had better, it was tasty enough and I was peckish so it hit the spot! The cucumber goats cheese salad was a refreshing addition to cut through the heaviness of the meal and I’m glad I got it. It was a lovely time just not wow best meal ever by any means, we would recommend but it probably wouldn’t be anywhere I personally would run back to when I’m back in Edmonton but the place was busy and everything looked and tasted fresh. Fantastic service though at the bar! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
