Great Service, Great Atmosphere (the music was a vibe) and Amazing food. Meat Up is a to appreciate great quality food. For me this is a restaurant I would come to once in a while to appreciate each experience like it was my first eating there and the price for what you order is worth every bite. Genuinely fantastic service, and amazing food. I got the double cheeseburger with bacon and caramelised onions and it was 9/10, the lemon pepper wings are a must order and the portions are massive, I struggled to finish my food. Great music and very cute interior. It’s a great place for a cheeky date after shopping or late night drive. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you’re thinking about trying Meet Up in Bow, just go, it’s that simple. I made the drive down from Romford after hearing good things, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. I ordered two Pittsburgh burgers, Korean chicken tenders, and halloumi fries, and honestly, everything was spot on. The Pittsburgh burger came with steak fries and was genuinely faultless. I even tried to pick holes in it, couldn’t find a single thing wrong. The portions were massive, and everything tasted fresh and properly done. The Korean tenders were excellent, full of flavour and cooked perfectly, and the halloumi fries were just delicious. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, not just polite, but properly welcoming. I met the owner, his dad, and another young guy behind the counter, and they were all great. Really attentive, asking questions, making sure it was a good first experience, just a genuinely nice atmosphere. All in, it came to £47. Some people might think that’s a bit steep for a takeaway, but honestly, it was worth every penny. Only downside? They don’t deliver to Romford, which is a shame because I’d be ordering all the time if they did. I’ll 100% be going back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
