I got the peanut butter and jelly gourmet burger with candied bacon and a side of jalapeno mac and cheese and loaded fries with pulled pork, and everything was very tasty and hot. And that Biscoff Pie! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is a fancy sports bar. It can be busy at night if there is an event in the hotel. It’s a little on the pricey side, but the food is good. I’ve been here a number of times. I’ve never had trouble getting seated or had long waits. Sometimes it’s a little longer to get food when they are slam packed, but that’s the same anywhere. Sometimes there are big corporate groups trying to see who can drink the most expensive whiskey that get a little loud. The Pot Roast is great. The mashed potatoes were great. The pasta was very good as well. If you are staying in the hotel, or another hotel close by, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The hotel was great, and most of the staff was kind and polite. However, we had two negative experiences at the Media Grill + Bar Restaurant. The first incident happened during dinner. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet it took more than 45 minutes for our order to arrive. Part of the food was cold and hard, and it took more than 20 minutes just to receive the check. When we noticed some items were priced differently than on the menu, we pointed it out to the waitress. She said she would call the manager, but that took another 20 minutes. By then, we were already frustrated and just wanted to leave. When she finally returned, she simply said, "For future reference, the price on the menu is incorrect." No apologies—just as if it were our problem. The second incident was during breakfast with an extremely rude hostess. She was impolite and treated us poorly. Fortunately, when we called the manager, she was amazing and handled the situation well. In the end, we had some terrible experiences but also some good ones, which makes it difficult to fully recommend the restaurant.
