I reached out to Melrose privately regarding our experience and gave management the opportunity to address it directly. My email was completely ignored. Even reaching out about a reservation was unnecessarily difficult. After struggling to reach someone, I finally arranged details for a reservation for 13 people to celebrate my 30th birthday. We ultimately arrived as a party of 15, excited to celebrate, only to be met with an incredibly humiliating and unprofessional experience at the door. The way members of my party were spoken to and treated was unnecessary, dismissive, and left one of my guests in tears. What should have been a special celebration quickly became an experience none of us will forget for all the wrong reasons. For a venue that presents itself as an elevated destination, Melrose was an incredible disappointment in hospitality.

Ari was amazing, she was so attentive and very helpful with any questions or concerns we had! If you guys are looking for somewhere chill with good vibes melrose is the way to go! Will be back for Ari ! Price per person: $40–50

Vibe here is amazing. Feels like you’re on vacation and not in Houston. Plenty of space and staff was amazing. Marisa was fabulous! Thank you for the great service
