I’m sending this review out five minutes after eating what honestly saddens me to say probably the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I just got the regular grilled cheese. I’m pregnant so this was currently one of my biggest cravings as I’m in the middle of moving and don’t have any of the ingredients to make it home myself. I was so excited to eat it cause it smelt super good. I did look at the reviews before hand but still chose to ignore all the negative ones and I gotta say normally when eating a grilled cheese, It’s a lot easier to chew through, but it felt like I was chewing a tire. It was just not what I expected, trying to eat it, which was already unenjoyable as is, but then got to the taste of it and it just tasted like it wasn’t cooked on a clean service. Definitely just really bummed out. I had friends hyping me up about this and I’m very disappointed in the outcome. Probably will be my last, even though this was my first. Edit: Definitely I’m getting sick from that sandwich will definitely not be coming back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Went to the Layton mall location. The young lady working up front was quiet it was really hard to hear her but at got two drinks with our food today, instead of holding the cups on the outside she pinched them together at the top with her fingers inside the two cups is unsanitary and gross. The cups were not filled all the way she’d left several inches at the top which I was a good call since her fingers were inside the cups. The drinks were completely flat with no carbonation so they were a complete waste of money. The dipping sauces were all half empty as well. Someone needs to train this girl. The overall impression was unsanitary and gross. We won’t come back to this location. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I almost never leave reviews, but this was bad enough that people need to know. My family and I went to the mall for a simple dinner and I chose Melty. I ordered the BBQ brisket sandwich with loaded tots and paid $20 for it. For that price, I expected quality. What I got was completely unacceptable. After waiting way too long, I finally got my food. The sandwich tasted off not fresh, not right but I brushed it off. Big mistake. About an hour later, the nausea hit hard. My stomach started cramping and twisting, and I spent most of the night fighting the urge to throw up. It was miserable. The next morning, I am still sick to my stomach. This was the only thing I had eaten. I felt perfectly fine beforehand. Something was clearly wrong with that food. No one should pay $20 to get sick. Do better. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
