Wtg for presentation, all the way around Melty Way! It's a hot mess up in there today. Y'all couldn't even of acknowledged we were there for almost 5 minutes. I was afraid of the mess that soup was going to make when I open it and even carefully it's on my clothes and bed. I know why there isn't bacon on my loaded fries (it's on the side), but where is the rest of the loaded and why is it grubby and sticky all over it? It feels disgusting. What did I order that was sticky? Also, this part is a storewide issue, quit forgetting to put sauces in, especially cause we are charged for it. Glad we're moving away from this place. We will find a better Melty up North. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Akrti knew sign language and helped me and my wife a lot! The food was also very good. At first, it used to be hard to order at Melty, but knowing you have someone who knows sign language and helps people like us means so much. It made our experience easier and more comfortable. We truly appreciate the kindness and support.

You think with the price and size of the sandwiches they’d come with a side of fries do something. Food was good but customer service was lacking. Lady was sitting on her phone while we waited for our food. Milkshakes were not mixed all the way, basically vanilla at the bottom. Disappointing. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
