Dinner with my husband last night. We discovered a place that prepares delicious dishes, great quality, amazing flavors and very kind staff. We ordered the liver terrine, the giardiniera with growth, the vitello tonnato with accompanying Russian salad sandwich and as a first course the agnolotti with brown bottom. Everything truly delicious. We will be back soon to definitely taste the tripe and other delicacies. Compliments to all the staff and the Chef. Enchanting place, in the center of Senigallia, furnished with elements of art and design. The service is courteous and polite. The dishes are based on simple ingredients of excellent quality, prepared impeccably and served with extreme attention to detail. All the senses are involved while tasting: the sight when observing the geometry of the liver terrine with sour cherries and hazelnuts, the touch with the melting lamb ribs, the sense of smell while the truffle rises from the plate of passatelli with Taleggio, the 'heard when the knife cuts the sheet of tarte tatin. Don't miss the initial proposals on the menu, to be shared at the table (superb crescentia and giardiniera!), nor one of the splendid desserts with a glass of Vermouth: the tarte tatin is touching. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options. Kid-friendliness: Bring your children and let them taste these dishes full of taste and beauty. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. Era da tempo che volevo andare al Mercato Trattoria Pop, finalmente siamo riusciti e ne è valsa la pena, prima di tutto c'è una bella carta dei vini con scelte non scontate ed il vino della casa è un Verdicchio appositamente imbottigliato per loro con un etichetta coloratissima e divertente. Il menù è interessante, la qualità delle materie prime eccezionale. Ho mangiato un carpaccio che è un esplosione di sapori, ed in ottima trippa che viene presentata in una cocotte. Anche il dessert alla frutta era strepitoso. Ora non mi resta che tornare per assaggiare tutto. Per chiudere il locale è molto curato, bello sia all'interno che all'esterno perché si trova nell'angolo di piazza Garibaldi da dove si gode di un ottima prospettiva.
