Absolutely—here’s another long-form food review, with a slightly different tone and atmosphere: ⸻ There’s a particular kind of anticipation that builds when a place comes highly recommended—the kind that can either elevate the experience or quietly sabotage it. Walking in, I was prepared for either outcome. What I didn’t expect was how quickly the restaurant would disarm me. The first impression was sensory rather than visual: the aroma. Something slow-cooked, deeply savory, with hints of herbs and caramelization, hung in the air. It immediately set the tone—this was going to be a meal rooted in patience. The menu read like a conversation between tradition and creativity. Familiar dishes appeared, but each carried a subtle twist—an unexpected ingredient, a different technique, or a presentation that reframed something classic into something new. It didn’t feel experimental for the sake of it; it felt curious. I started with a dish that, on paper, sounded simple to the point of being forgettable. It wasn’t. The first bite delivered a surprising depth of flavor—layers that unfolded slowly rather than hitting all at once. There was a gentle smokiness, balanced by a brightness that kept it from becoming too heavy. It felt deliberate, almost architectural in how it was constructed. The main course, however, was unapologetically bold. This was not a dish that whispered—it spoke clearly and confidently. Rich, full-bodied flavors dominated, but what prevented it from becoming overwhelming was a careful use of contrast. Acidity cut through richness at exactly the right moments, while subtle seasoning kept everything grounded. It was indulgent, but controlled. One of the standout elements of the meal was the way the kitchen handled seasoning. It’s easy to rely on salt or fat to carry a dish, but here, seasoning felt layered and intentional. Herbs, spices, and natural flavors were allowed to shine individually before coming together as a whole. It created a kind of depth that lingered—not just on the palate, but in memory. The drink pairing elevated things even further. Instead of playing it safe, the selections leaned into contrast, occasionally surprising but always complementing. It added another dimension to the experience, encouraging you to rethink how flavors interact. Service struck a careful balance between professionalism and warmth. There was a genuine enthusiasm in the way dishes were described—not scripted, but conversational. Questions were answered thoughtfully, and recommendations felt personal rather than rehearsed. If there was a defining characteristic of the meal, it was confidence. Not arrogance, not excess—but a quiet assurance in what the restaurant was trying to do. It didn’t chase trends or lean too heavily on nostalgia. Instead, it carved out its own identity somewhere in between. Dessert followed this same philosophy. It avoided the predictable route of overwhelming sweetness, opting instead for something more nuanced. There were contrasts in temperature, texture, and flavor that made each bite feel considered. It was the kind of dessert that made you slow down without realizing it. Walking out, I found myself replaying specific moments rather than just the meal as a whole—a particular flavor combination, a texture, a surprising contrast. That’s always a good sign. It means the experience didn’t just satisfy—it resonated. And in the end, that’s what sets a great restaurant apart: not just how well it feeds you, but how long it stays with you afterward. Very disappointing experience. When we arrived, no one greeted us. A waiter simply pointed us to the reception, and only then we were seated. The order was taken quickly, but that was probably the only positive part. I ordered an entrecôte steak and cheesecake, but the cheesecake was already unavailable at 1 PM, which is quite surprising. The only option left was tiramisu. They served breadsticks (grissini), but they were clearly not fresh. The steak arrived after a long wait and was already slightly cold, although the taste itself was decent. My son had pasta and a salad — both were okay. The tiramisu was also fine. The selection of non-alcoholic drinks is very limited. The restroom situation was unacceptable — it is located downstairs near the kitchen, there is only one shared toilet for both men and women, and the smell was very bad. Overall, despite a nice view from the window, this place does not meet expectations. Definitely not a place we would return to. Price per person: €100+ Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

A convenient little restaurant for those staying in the hotel. The food is average, but acceptable for the price. The portions are huge and very filling. For us the highlight of our dinner were the Cacio e Pepe fries. These were delicious and had great flavour and crunch. I definitely recommend you try these ones. The service was good but nothing special. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
