I’ve been here a couple times and I just don’t think it is worth the money. Maybe just getting a drink at the bar but it’s definitely not the best place for sitting down with friends and ordering dinner. Service is not good and the portions for the prices do not match. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

I have officially given this place more chances than it deserved. It’s higher priced than most places in the area, which would be fine if the experience matched the price. Unfortunately, the restaurant feels run-down and the service somehow manages to move at the speed of continental drift. It took forever to get seated. No silverware. Ordered an appetizer… still no silverware. Drinks took almost 20 minutes, which gave us plenty of time to contemplate our life choices and why we decided to give this place another chance. And here’s the best part: this is the SECOND time we’ve eventually just cashed out and left. I’m all for giving a restaurant another shot because bad nights happen. Apparently, we just keep showing up on all of them. There will not be a third attempt. At this point, I think we’ve completed the experiment. Price per person: $10–20

We had a WONDERFUL time at Meridien! The French Fry Flight was excellent(LEMON PARM ). The Pasta Primevera was superb and my fish n chips were excellent as well. MUST GO for Dayton Foodies! Environment was really cool too. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
