We stayed at the Oniros Residence and our overall experience was very positive. The hotel is well located, about a ten-minute drive from the center of Chania, which is convenient for visiting the city while maintaining a more tranquil atmosphere. The view from our room overlooked the harbor, offering an unobstructed view. The room was beautiful, very spacious, and impeccably clean. It was comfortable, worthy of a 4-star hotel, with slippers, earplugs, blindfold to sleep, ironing board and 2 irons. The only downside is the bed, which has a thin mattress on top of the original mattress, making it very soft. You feel slightly buried inside. Breakfast is good, but it falls a little short of what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. There was a lot of variety, but little of each. Bread was only available sliced/small, somewhat hard rolls. Eggs were only available à la carte. On the one hand, it's good that it's warm and comes with wonderful bread (it's a shame this bread wasn't available), but since it takes a while, by the time it arrives we're already a bit full from having eaten other things. I think they could have scrambled eggs and bacon available. The oatmeal was delicious. There were no waffles. The coffee was filter coffee and was almost always cold. Parking is easy, both inside the hotel and in the surrounding area. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel is modern, comfortable, and very well-maintained.

Great stay at Oniros Residences Apartment. The apartment was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It’s in a fantastic location, only a 3–4 minute walk from the Port of Chania. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. It was amazing. Rooms are very clean and the staff is very kind and lovely! Breakfast was very delicious and surprisingly, it kept us full until 18:00. I see a lot of bad reviews regarding slow service and long wait for the breakfast but Mr. Antonis (owner) works alone in the bar and in the kitchen in the morning but he always makes sure that every single customer is satisfied. So if you are going there to eat in a hurry you might be disappointed with "slow" service but if you are on the holiday and if you are not in a hurry, it's worth every penny. Mr. Antonis is very generous, hardworking and kind person. I have only best words for him. He always made sure that our holiday there was perfect! He had answers to any of our questions and he gave us recommendations of places that we should/should not visit. He set very high standards for our 2-week holiday. For the rest of our holiday we were in an all-inclusive hotel and we regreted that we didn't stay in Oneiro Suites for all of our holiday. On the last night in this hotel we were in the bar with Mr. Antonis and we had a few drinks and talked with him. If we ever come back to Crete, we know where we will stay! Best regards from Croatia!
